Non-smoking establishment inside and out.
Free wi-fi and free off-street parking.
Reservations must be secured by Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellations: Because we are a very small business, cancellations have a great impact; therefore, we require one to two weeks' notice by phone (Ask us.) If you cancel after that time we have to charge you. In all cases there is a $15 cancel fee.
Check in 3-9 p.m., check out 11 a.m. Please let us know if you need a later check in. We are unable to accommodate any check ins after 10 p.m. except for multiple night stays.
Unsuitable for children under the age of 14.
We do not have an iron or laundry facilities for guest use.
Left items: Because of privacy laws, you must call and ask us to send your item. If it fits in a standard envelope we will mail it back to you free of charge. If it has to be boxed and taken to the post office we will charge you the cost of postage and a $15 handling fee.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
All our rooms sleep two people maximum.
Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30. If you must leave earlier let us know 24 hours ahead of time and we will give you a “breakfast to go.”
We have guest sitting rooms and patio with tea, coffee and cookies available.
We regret that we are not handicap accessible (bedrooms upstairs).
Each guest room has robe, slippers and hair dryer.
We appreciate your not smoking anywhere in the house or grounds.
